Wholesale Christmas Ornament FAQ

The minimum is 12 pieces of each style and color. Different styles or colors cannot be combined to reach that minimum. For example, 12 pieces of one design and 12 of another make a 24-piece order. Stock or production availability is confirmed for your selected items.

Yes. You can select family, pet, baby, photo frame and other available designs for one assortment, while meeting the minimum for every style and color. Record each SKU and quantity separately. Our recommended assortment page can help you build a starting selection.

No. Available sizes depend on the design and SKU. Check the number of figures and writing areas on the specific item you choose, then ask us to confirm availability. A collection photograph does not mean every design is offered in every family size.

Check the current product listing for its unit price, then confirm the selected SKU, color and quantity with us. Shipping is charged separately. Custom development is quoted for your project. Ask us to confirm the order total before committing to a seasonal purchase.

Yes. Send the item numbers you want to review and your destination. We will confirm sample availability, any applicable sample charges and delivery arrangements. Do not assume samples or sample shipping are free.

No. Our wholesale ornaments are supplied blank. Names or dates shown in product photographs are personalization examples. You or your retail team add lettering to the designated writing areas; we do not offer name-writing services.

Use the writing areas shown for the selected design. Their shape and capacity vary, and some decorative designs do not have a dedicated name panel. Review a sample and plan the customer's lettering before taking a personalization order.

Test a suitable fine-tip permanent pen on a sample of the selected ornament first. Check how the ink writes, dries and holds up to your normal handling. Keep names within the available space and allow the lettering to dry before packing. We do not include a pen with the ornament.

No. Individual gift boxes and pens are not included. The current wholesale guide specifies 12 pieces per inner box; that is wholesale packing, not 12 separate gift boxes. If you need particular packing for your order, share the details for confirmation and quotation.

Availability varies by product. Some listings may be previews or pre-orders. Send your chosen SKUs and quantities so we can confirm stock or production requirements. Please do not treat a website photograph as confirmation of immediate availability.

Include product links or SKUs, colors, quantities, destination country, ZIP or postal code and the date you need the order to arrive. If you have packing or other specifications, include those too. This lets us review availability, freight and timing together.

No. Orders ship from China and freight is quoted separately for the selected goods and destination. Ask us to confirm the delivery arrangement and quoted total before placing your order.

Work back from the date your store needs the goods. Allow for sample decisions, any required production, packing, dispatch and transport. Factory dispatch and arrival at your destination are different milestones. We confirm the proposed schedule for your particular order rather than promising one lead time for every design.

Yes. Share your sketch, reference images or design brief, target quantity and delivery requirements. The current OEM starting quantity is 100 pieces per design, with final minimums, sample costs and timing confirmed for your project. See OEM / ODM Manufacturing.

Yes. Tell us your selected products, destination market and the documents you need. Review each document's facility or sample, scope and date against your requirements. Factory audits, material reports and finished-product testing serve different purposes. See our testing and factory audit information.
