Choose family ornament sizes by checking the number of figures in each available design and the households your customers want to represent. Confirm the available sizes for each SKU before planning your order. A design shown in one family size does not automatically mean that every other size is available.
Separate family size from product dimensions
For a family ornament, “size” may mean the number of people represented or the physical dimensions of the ornament. Record both when evaluating a product. Check the number of figures, the writing areas and the product dimensions in the relevant product information or quotation.
Customers may be buying for a couple, parents and children, grandparents or another family grouping. The figures should give them a clear place to add the intended names. Do not promise extra characters or extra writing space without checking the actual design.
Check the range design by design
Build an assortment sheet before ordering. Keep each available family size, SKU and color on its own line.
| Field | What to check |
|---|---|
| Design and SKU | The exact product being ordered |
| Family size | Number of figures represented in that SKU |
| Color | The selected version and its separate quantity |
| Name areas | Whether the intended names fit after a sample writing test |
| Product dimensions | Fit within your planned display and packaging |
| Quantity | Minimum for that style and color, plus your chosen order quantity |
Use your own customer requests and sales records to decide the balance between sizes. If you have no sales history, choose a range you can display clearly and track from the start. A broad selection is only useful when you can explain the differences and manage each order line.
Calculate the minimum by order line
The wholesale minimum is 12 pieces per style and color. Different styles or colors cannot be combined to satisfy that minimum.
For illustration only, suppose three separate family-size SKUs are available in your chosen color and each has a 12-piece minimum:
| Illustrative family-size SKU | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Two-figure version | 12 |
| Three-figure version | 12 |
| Four-figure version | 12 |
| Total | 36 |
This example explains the calculation; it does not confirm that a particular design is supplied in those three versions. Confirm the actual SKUs, colors and availability before using the example as an order plan. Adding another color creates a separate style-and-color requirement.
Make size selection easy for customers
Group related designs together and label them by the number of figures. Show a personalized sample only after testing your pen on the actual finish. Wholesale Ornaments supplies blank resin ornaments, and the retailer writes the names. Pens and gift boxes are not included.
For each customer order, confirm the names and their left-to-right placement before writing. Keep a record of requests you could not fulfill; those requests may help you decide which available sizes to add later.
Confirm your assortment before ordering
Browse the family ornament collection, review the assortment guide, and check the Wholesale Guide.
Send us your proposed family-size mix. Contact us with SKUs, colors, quantities, destination, postcode and required arrival date. We can quote the specific selection and confirm the applicable availability and timing. Freight is quoted separately.
